VoiceMail Help

Your VE service comes equipped with a versatile voicemail system. Please bookmark or print this page, as it will come in handy as a guide for using and optimizing this key feature of the service.

Accessing your VE Voicemail

To access your VE voicemail from your phone itself, dial your VE phone number.

To access your VE voicemail from another phone, dial your VE phone number and press "0" when you hear the prompt.

Voicemail Password

Your default password, until you change it, will be the last 4 digits of your VE phone number. One you're logged in, you'll be taken to the Main Menu.

From the Main Menu (see chart below), you can access these additional functions. These should be basically familiar to you if you have used voicemail on a cellular or office phone.

a. "When you've selected 1 for New Messages"
These functions will allow you to manage your new messages.

b. "When you've selected 2 to Change Folders"
These functions will allow you to toggle through the different mailboxes

c. "When you've selected 3 for Advanced Options"
These functions will allow you to review the details of a specific message, and send a reply

d. "When you've selected 0 for Mailbox Options"
These functions will allow you to record your greetings, name, and change your voicemail password

Once logged in, you can navigate through
the system using the VM menu below.
Main Menu
Press VM Function
1 For New Messages
2 To Change "Folders"
(Default is "New Messages" folder)
3 For Advanced Options
0 For Mailbox Options

Some common voicemail questions:

Q: How do I check my voicemail?
A: Dial your VE phone number, log in, and choose "1" on the main menu.

Q: How do I save messages?
A: After you've reviewed a message, select "9" from the message menu to save the message into the folder of your choice

Q: How do I delete messages?
A: After reviewing, select "7" to delete the message.

Q: How can I forward a message to another VE user?
A: After reviewing, select "8" to forward the message to another user.

Q: How can I change my voicemail greetings?
A: Select "0" on the main menu to access the Mailbox Options

Q: How can I change my default voicemail password?
A: Select "0" on the main menu to access the Mailbox Options

Q: How can I set all incoming calls to go directly to my voicemail?
A: This VoiceEclipse feature is controlled through the Manage web page.

Q: How can I check my voicemail from another phone?
A: Simply dial your VE phone number and press "0" when you hear the prompt.
